Ordering Options
We have integrated PayPal for your convenience, a secure way to purchase our jewelry using your MasterCard or Visa credit card. You no longer need to open a PayPal account, you can just pay with your credit card and you are done!
Payment
We gladly accept in US-dollar checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. Your purchase will be sent upon clearance through the bank. Your credit card will be charged the day of purchase.
Sales Tax
10.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Illinois.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped insured UPS ground unless otherwise specified within the 48 US states. All orders are made to order and shipped within 2-3 weeks. A signature is required for delivery with a standard delivery of Monday–Friday excluding holidays.

Return Policy
Juliet Jewelry wants you to happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy please send unworn jewelry insured within 10 days of the delivery receipt date. Your account will be refunded in the same form of payment less the shipping charge.
All custom design, special request and sale jewelry are not returnable or exchangeable.
